Bhutan Speaks aims to provide pro-active comments and real feedback. Be polite, and avoid comments that can be interpreted as slurs, or as demeaning, nasty, or inflammatory. Avoid complaints. Focus on the positive and share answers and ideas on how to resolve issues and pose queries to solicit ideas and answers from the community.
